About This Event
Join us for an exciting combination of creativity and fun as we explore the world of shorebirds! In this hands-on activity, participants will learn about shorebirds and their habitats through crafting and play. They'll create their own shorebird craft and engage in a fun, interactive game that brings these birds to life!
After the activity, visit the environment centre's interactive displays or explore the beautiful natural surroundings of the wetlands.
On the day of the event: Please arrive 10 minutes before starting time to check in with staff at the environment centre. All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Wear sun-safe clothing, sunscreen, fully enclosed shoes, and bring insect repellent. Bring water and a snack if required as there are no food outlets on site.Note: This event will go ahead in light rain. Events are subject to weather and environmental conditions and may be cancelled on the day.
