Bookings essential. Focus on aerobic fitness, strengthening with light weights, flexibility, coordination and balance followed by relaxation with gentle exercises. Bookings essential. Fun and effective body conditioning class from the comfort of a chair. It aims for graceful ageing, strong core, toning, suppleness, balance and coordination. Exercise bands are used. Work at your own pace. This is a GOLD event suitable for seniors.

Free guided tour - City Botanic Gardens
Take a free volunteer guided walk to learn about the plants and features at the City Botanic Gardens. Our volunteer guides all have a love for Brisbane’s Botanic Gardens and a desire to share their passion and knowledge with visitors. The walks are taken at a gentle pace for about one hour. Walking tours for individuals or small groups (no more than ten people) are free and do not require a booking. Have a larger group? Find out more about booking walks for groups 10 or more in size. Location: Meet at the City Botanic Gardens Information Kiosk (next to the Queensland University of Technology’s Main Drive pathway). Note: Walks may be subject to environmental conditions and guide capacity on the day.

This is a fun, play-based session offering a range of creative resources for children that support language and literacy development. Ideal for children aged 5 years and younger. Tuesdays to Thursdays 3.30-4pm, excluding school holidays. Drop in to Wynnum Library to spark your child’s imagination through learning by making. Participate in hands-on activities that explore science, technology, reading and art. Ideal for children aged 5-12 years.

2025 Anzac Day Parade Brisbane
While we remember those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for freedom during the Dawn Services and other services of Remembrance, the ANZAC Day Parade is an opportunity to celebrate and recognise all those that have served and still continue to serve our country. It will feature former and current ADF veterans and other support organisations that contribute to the Parade that make it the commemoration worthy of its heritage. The Parade takes place in the Brisbane Central Business District and is free and family friendly. The best position to view the Parade is on Adelaide Street, between George Street and Creek Street. The Parade runs between 9:45am and 12:30pm, and vehicle movement will be restricted within the Central Business District from 3am to 3pm. This event is proudly supported by Brisbane City Council. Transform your Museum visit into an exciting game of Eye Spy and discover details you might otherwise have missed. Can you spot the flowers? This playful Museum experience will immerse you in all manners of local art, history and culture, encompassing five different exhibitions. Ask our friendly staff at MoB reception when you arrive. Micro Museum
What will you collect? Welcome to Micro Museum – a space for telling stories through objects. You are invited to explore the fascinating world of collecting, and uncover the memories that objects hold. Inspired by major exhibition Precious in this space you are the curator. You can select, sort and arrange a wide array of items, many of which are second-hand or vintage. Each object holds memories, and now you can create your own.

Clock Tower Tour
